Committed to preserving your privacy and safeguarding your information online.

The following statement describes the general information-gathering and usage practices of our website. The following is a condensed version of our full privacy policy. You can view it in its entirety here.

Information we collect

We do not collect personally identifiable information from individuals unless you provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly such as when you donate to PACT, make a purchase through our website or sign up for our mailing list or otherwise request information from us. When you make a purchase, we request your name, address, zip code, phone number, email address, and other such information needed to complete the transaction and to contact you via phone, email, or text. PACT does not sell or trade the names or personal data that we collect through our website nor do we maintain any credit card information. Federal tax law requires us to collect and report some information such as your name, address, and the amount of your contribution.

We maintain a list of donors in our database in order to be able to update you about our work and ensure that you know how your donations are being used. If you do not want to receive postal mail or emails from us in the future, please let us know by sending your request to info@WeArePACT.org.

Protection of children

We do not knowingly collect information from children. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to provide us with their personal information without parent or guardian consent. If you are under 18, do not send any information to us about yourself, including your name, address, telephone numbers or email address, unless you have your parent’s or guardian’s permission. In the event we learn that we collected personal information from anyone under the age of 18, and do not have a parent or guardian’s consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about anyone under the age of 18, please contact us at info@ecpatusa.org.
