Gil Cruz has built a career at the intersection of operations, technology, and people-centered support. With more than five years of experience at New York University, Gil has supported day-to-day operations, technology systems, and cross-team coordination, helping organizations run smoothly while solving practical challenges behind the scenes. He's also worked in Family Coordination at Dream Charter High School and has supported marketing campaigns at Simon & Schuster, adding a creative perspective to his operational skill set. Gil brings a collaborative mindset, a strong passion for helping others, and an ability to adapt across different environments and teams. Gil joined PACT in March 2026 and hopes to continue helping PACT run as smoothly as possible.
