Hayley Elliott

Private Sector Engagement Manager

Hayley Elliott is a dedicated professional with a sincere passion for serving survivors of human trafficking. She embarked on her journey by obtaining a B.S. in Sociology, a B.A. in International Studies, and a minor in Human Services from the University of Evansville. Recognizing the importance of furthering her knowledge and expertise in the nonprofit sector, Hayley pursued her Master's degree in Nonprofit Leadership from Belmont University.

Over the past four years, Hayley has applied her education and unwavering commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of survivors. She has gained valuable insights and skills to effectively lead and advocate for survivors of human trafficking. She has dedicated herself to understanding their unique needs, implementing effective programs, and empowering them on their journey toward recovery and self-sufficiency.

Hayley joined the PACT in 2023, and serves as Private Sector Manager. She lives in Nashville, TN.
