Jamilya Ramos-Chapman

Senior Director of People, Operations and Technology

Jamilya Ramos-Chapman serves as Senior Director of People, Operations, and Technology at PACT, where she helps strengthen the internal infrastructure that supports the organization’s mission and staff. Her work spans human resources, operations, systems development, and technology strategy, including supporting the growth of PACT’s eLearning initiatives and expanding the organization’s reach and impact across communities.

Jamilya joined PACT in 2020 after transitioning from the corporate sector in search of more purpose-driven work aligned with her values. Drawing from earlier experience with an anti-trafficking nonprofit during her time at Brown University, she felt a strong connection to PACT’s mission to protect children from exploitation and ensure every child can grow up safely and free from harm.

She is especially passionate about building supportive, people-centered systems that empower staff to do their best work. Jamilya also values the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with survivors, youth leaders, and colleagues whose perspectives help shape PACT’s work and impact. Her connection to the mission is deeply personal, informing both her professional approach and her commitment to advancing child safety and awareness in the digital age.
